Vitamin A: Contributes to maintaining correct iron metabolism, state of mucosa, eyesight, skin condition, functioning of the immune system, cell specialization process .

Vitamin D3: Takes part in metabolism processes. Provides a correct level of mineralization of bones and teeth and controls calcium and phosphorus metabolism. It dissolves in fats and accumulates in the body. Its deficiency can cause problems with the muscular and skeletal systems; among others, osteoporosis, osteomalacia and rickets.
Our body can produce vitamin D3, if the skin is provided with a sufficient dose of sunlight (between 10 am and 2 pm), which is less accessible during winter time.
Vitamin D3 helps to maintain strong immune and muscular systems. It takes part in the process of cell division. It decreases the risk of fractures due to a fall, of instability of posture, and muscle attenuation in both sexes, above 60.

Vitamin E is called youth vitamin. It takes part in countless processes in our body. It has antiseptic properties, which prevents the damage of cell membrane. It inhibits oxidation of LDL cholesterol which prevents the formation of atheroma. It also prevents the formation of blood clots in blood vessels and is, therefore, recommended for people with a high cholesterol level and in the prophylaxis of heart attack.
Symptoms of vitamin E deficiency are impaired
concentration, anaemia, infertility, premature skin ageing, and cardiovascular disease. Individuals at risk for vitamin E deficiency include women who take contraceptive pills, smokers, people suffering from Bassen-Kornzweig syndrome, cystic fibrosis, or celiac syndrome.

Vitamin K2 MK-7: keeps arteries in good condition, helps with right absorption and distribution of calcium and phosphorus in the body, increases their absorption from food. It regulates the level of calcium in the blood, decreases the risk of coronary disease, maintains healthy bones and teeth.
Scientific research shows that long-term intake of vitamin K2 MK-7 results in a significant decrease in disorders of artery and bone function. It also decreases the risk of malignant cancers, eg. breast cancer or kidney cancer.
